This notice is provided under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (“GDPR”) to anyone browsing and booking on this website.

2. Data we process

• Booking data: first/last name, email, phone, address, language, details of the excursion/service requested.
• Navigation data: IP address, browser/device type, pages visited, cookies (see Cookie Policy).
• Payment data: payments are handled exclusively by Nexi S.p.A. through a secure page. We do not collect, process or store your credit/debit card data, which is entered and handled directly on Nexi’s PCI-DSS certified systems.

3. Purposes and legal bases

• Managing bookings and requested services – performance of a contract (Art. 6.1.b GDPR).
• Tax and legal obligations – legal obligation (Art. 6.1.c).
• Website statistics (Google Analytics) – consent (Art. 6.1.a), via the cookie banner.
• Site security and fraud prevention – legitimate interest (Art. 6.1.f).

4. Recipients

Data may be shared with: Nexi S.p.A. (payment processing), Google Ireland Ltd. (Analytics, subject to consent), hosting and email provider, advisors and authorities where required by law. Providers act as data processors.

5. Non-EU transfers

Any transfers (e.g. Google) rely on adequacy decisions or the EU Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.

6. Retention

Booking data is kept for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet tax obligations (10 years). Analytics data per the tool’s terms.

7. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection (Arts. 15-22 GDPR), and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise them email info@santafortunata.eu. You may also lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it).

8. Nature of provision

Providing booking data is necessary to deliver the service; refusal makes booking impossible. Providing data for statistics is optional.

Essential for the site to work and to manage bookings (e.g. session, storing your cookie choice). No consent required.

2. Analytics cookies (Google Analytics 4)

We use Google Analytics for aggregate statistics on site usage. These cookies are enabled only after your consent via the banner. Without consent, Google Analytics stays disabled (Consent Mode “denied”).

3. Managing consent

1. Operator

Services are provided by Fortunata S.r.l. (Sorrento Travel) – Via Capo, 39/a – 80067 Sorrento (NA), Italia – P.IVA 02927671210 – REA NA 529439 (“we”). By making a booking you accept these terms.

2. Bookings and prices

Prices are in Euro (€) and are per person or per service as indicated. A booking is completed upon payment confirmation. Availability is checked in real time.

3. Payments – Nexi

Payments are processed exclusively through the secure platform Nexi S.p.A. (XPay). Card details are entered and handled directly on Nexi’s PCI-DSS certified systems: we never receive, process or store your card data. The transaction is subject to the terms of Nexi and your card issuer.

4. Confirmation

On successful payment you will receive an email confirmation with your booking code. If payment fails, the booking is not valid.

5. Cancellations and refunds

Cancellation conditions and any refunds are specified for each excursion/service and at the time of booking. Any refunds are made to the same payment method via Nexi.

6. Customer obligations

The customer must provide correct data, show up at the indicated place and time and follow staff instructions. Failure to do so may result in loss of the service without refund.

7. Liability

We are not liable for disruptions due to force majeure, weather, strikes or events beyond our control. Our liability is in any case limited to the booking amount.

8. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Italian law. The Court of Torre Annunziata (NA) has jurisdiction, save for the consumer’s mandatory forum.
