2. Bookings and prices
Prices are in Euro (€) and are per person or per service as indicated. A booking is completed upon payment confirmation. Availability is checked in real time.
3. Payments – Nexi
Payments are processed exclusively through the secure platform Nexi S.p.A. (XPay). Card details are entered and handled directly on Nexi’s PCI-DSS certified systems: we never receive, process or store your card data. The transaction is subject to the terms of Nexi and your card issuer.
4. Confirmation
On successful payment you will receive an email confirmation with your booking code. If payment fails, the booking is not valid.
5. Cancellations and refunds
Cancellation conditions and any refunds are specified for each excursion/service and at the time of booking. Any refunds are made to the same payment method via Nexi.
6. Customer obligations
The customer must provide correct data, show up at the indicated place and time and follow staff instructions. Failure to do so may result in loss of the service without refund.
7. Liability
We are not liable for disruptions due to force majeure, weather, strikes or events beyond our control. Our liability is in any case limited to the booking amount.
8. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Italian law. The Court of Torre Annunziata (NA) has jurisdiction, save for the consumer’s mandatory forum.
